Can Mindance be connected with other benefit platforms such as pme Familienservice?
Yes. Mindance is closely integrated with the other pme Familienservice offerings – and keeps the effort for you low:
- Two portals, one access code: Two different portals can use the same access code. This keeps the administrative effort during setup to a minimum.
- Seamless transition: From within the Mindance app, your employees reach the meinFS portal with a single click – without logging in again – and use all other pme services there.
What technical requirements are needed?
The barrier to entry is deliberately kept low.
Required:
- An internet-enabled device with a web browser or access to the App or Play Store – nothing more.
Optional, depending on your IT environment:
- Allow-listing of *.mindance.de in the company proxy – only relevant if Mindance is used from devices on the corporate network.
- Allow-listing of *.mindance.de on the mail server – only relevant if the app is used with a company email address.
How does booking coachings and talks work – are there reminders?
- Quick booking: Your employees book coachings and talks directly in the app; available slots are visible immediately.
- Automatic confirmation & reminders: After booking, participants receive a confirmation email; reminder emails before the appointment reduce no-shows.
What about data protection and server location?
Data protection is central at Mindance:
- GDPR-compliant & "made in Germany": Development and data protection alignment in Germany.
- Server location EU: All data is processed exclusively within the EU.
- Anonymized evaluation: Companies cannot see personal usage data. Reports are aggregated and anonymized and are only created above a minimum number of users.
How does the content filter function work?
All content (meditations, courses, coachings, impulses) is categorized thematically and tagged (e.g. stress, sleep, focus, resilience, leadership). With just a few filters, employees find suitable content; in addition, there are personalized recommendations based on interests.
Can the app be individually adapted to our company?
- Corporate branding: The app is visually adapted to your company – with your logo and in your corporate colors.
- Your own news & events: Using the integrated news and event tool, you place internal offerings such as health days, company sports or announcements directly in the app.
- Individual personalization: On the user level, the app adapts to each person through interests, goals and filters.
How can we integrate our own speakers or company-specific content?
- Your own company events: You create events (recurring appointments, workshops, etc.) and assign them specifically to departments or locations.
- Internal communication: Messages and notices in the news area reach exclusively your employees in the closed company area.
Is a closed company area possible?
Yes. In both the Premium and Enterprise packages, we set up an exclusive, protected area for you in which only company-relevant content and selected pme services are displayed. Note: In the Premium package, the news and event tool is not included; these functions are only available in the Enterprise package.
What support do you offer during rollout and beyond?
- A dedicated contact: Your customer success contact supports you throughout the entire term.
- Onboarding & rollout: Communication materials, announcement templates and a joint kick-off for a smooth start.
- KPI dashboard: Through your own admin access, you track anonymized usage figures (registrations, active minutes, most popular topics) live at any time and measure the success of the initiative.
- Live webinar: At the start of internal communication, a live webinar explains registration and the app to your employees step by step.
