Since 2013, the risk assessment of psychological stress (GBU Psyche) has been a requirement for all employers with at least 1 employee under occupational health and safety regulations (Occupational Health and Safety Act §§ 5, 6). This means that all companies and employers must identify risks to their employees arising from psychological stress at work.
